In light of the shelter-in-place requirements in Alameda county, we will be working under our company’s new safety protocols. According to the directive, we are deemed an essential business servicing the construction sector.
Opening Hours:
- ART TILE Store will be open by appointment only.
- ART TILE Contractor’s Desk will be open on a walk-in basis.
At each location, we are strictly following the Social Distancing protocols as outlined in the Alameda county shelter-in-place directive.
ART TILE Design Process:
Over the last 6 weeks, we have developed remote working skills to provide our standard customer service under new circumstances.
The primary change is that we will strive to be as efficient as possible during in-person meetings. In order to achieve this, we have developed the following process over the phone or zoom, before meeting you in person.
1. We’ll ask you to provide details about your room, your budget, and your style, send/show us any inspiration pictures you might have.
2. From there, based on the info you’ve provided, one of our design team members will assist you with the design concept, provide feedback, and help finalize your design.
3. If needed we’ll have an in-person meeting to discuss/explore options.
4. Once approved, you’ll get a tile shopping list and we’ll process your order.
ART TILE Contractor Desk Process:
We are able to facilitate walk-ins at our contractor desk and have put together barriers and a social distancing protocol to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
